"We enjoyed our stay at Rays Place overall. The inside looks to have been recently updated and it was nice and clean throughout. However, much of the kitchen pans and cooking ware were old and not usable. There was not extra toilet paper in the house, the heating which were a few wall units did not keep the house warm, and there were no trash bins to put the trash bags in. "Adorable home. Cutely decorated, centrally located. There were 3 of us, for a week and it worked perfectly. Plenty of beds, plenty of space. Communication was fast and easy. Would stay again when back in area. Only complaint is needs a good clean. Dishes in cupboard were dirty, found garbage under couch, food on walls."

"Went to Kansas City for a little family vacation and went to World of Fun and Union Station over the Memorial Day weekend. The house was perfect for our family's needs. The yard was fantastic for our kids and grandkids to play baseball and tag in. The kitchen and dining room were excellent for all those meals made and to play family games at. "We came to spend time with our grandkids. This house was a great setup because the kids loved the game room area. There were plenty of beds for each child to have their own bed. It was a good location to get to the zoo and other places. The host always responded quickly anytime I wrote him. The fire station nearby didn't really bother us even though you could hear them."
