When we went the breakfast bar was almost empty and we went around 8am. I was extremely upset with the pool as there was only ladders to get out of the pool that has 2 steps it makes it extremely hard to get out of. It would be horrible if an elder person or someone who can’t climb the step be if they where to get into the pool. I was most excited for the pool.

While I can’t place full blame on the hotel itself, my stay this past weekend was definitely impacted by a large motorcycle group that was also staying there. Unfortunately, the experience was far from relaxing. Despite there being many families present, the group was not very respectful—there were engines revving during quiet hours, loud music, and even arguments in the hallways early in the morning. There was also a strong smell of marijuana throughout the property. That said, the hotel itself was a bit of a surprise in a positive way. The outside appearance doesn’t quite match the inside, which is actually nice and updated. The room was clean, well-kept, and the beds were pretty comfortable. The breakfast buffet was fairly basic, nothing special but enough to get the day started. Overall, the environment during my stay made it very uncomfortable, and I was honestly ready to leave after the first night. I do hope the hotel takes situations like this into consideration in the future to ensure a better experience for all guests.

Staff was wonderful for check in. The woman who checked us in had such a radiant and positive attitude. The pool area was indoors but chilly. The room could have been cleaner (there was hair all over the bathroom, chewed bubblegum on the floor, and the bedding didnt smell as clean as it should). The checkout staff was amazing. She helped us clean a spill from my child and was so kind about it. She told us a bit about the area and how much she loved working there. Overall it was a great experience. We did not utilize the breakfast vouchers as we chose to sleep in and explore the city later on during the day.

The worst hotel stay I’ve experienced in many years. Other guests on our floor were extremely noisy all night. Not from rowdiness - it was from a couple fighting all night. When I went to shower in the morning the bottom of the bathtub was covered in dirt. I took a chance when I selected a Best Western hotel. I don’t know that I will ever be able to trust a Bedt Western hotel in the future.

The hotel was pretty clean, staff was nice. Comments I have is that there was no trash can in the bathroom and there were urine “splashes” under the standing sink where the towels are folded. We had requested a baby crib through the text line, no response. Upon check in, hotel staff stated they would check in and see if they had one and call me, but they never got back to me. Luckily we brought a pack n play. We also requested extra blankets and the text line stated we could pick a bedding bag up at the front desk for the pull out bed (which we didn’t have in our room). Parking is a good walk from the main entrance.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast buffet exceeded expectations. All the staff was very friendly and accommodating. There is a major shopping and dining hub within 6 miles with plenty of options for food and shopping. The gym was also better than expected with multiple cardio machines, and a full set of dumbbells. My only complaint is that the restaurant and bar is not open when the hotel is not a capacity,

Your front desk person, Ms. Elenor, was great to deal with - pleasant & accommodating! Breakfast was good, hot, and area clean.
