Gite in the owners' house, on the ground floor (independent access by 4 steps from the car park) comprising: an entrance, a living room-kitchen (table in central island with 4 bar stools, combined microwave oven), lounge area (Bbox connected television, Bluetooth stereo), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200 cm), 1 bedroom (2 single beds 80x200 cm that can be combined into 1 double bed 160x200 cm) opening onto the terrace, a bathroom water (walk-in shower, combined washer-dryer). Private terrace. Garden shared with the owners. Contemporary house located on the heights of Novalaise, 800 m from the market town. Spacious and very well equipped cottage, with a beautiful living room; access to the terrace is from the bedroom. Tiered grounds with lounge chairs under the trees. Reasoned mowing of the grass to preserve the biodiversity of the land. Parking in the property.
