We were told that they would give us some compensation for the inconvenience, but since we booked through a third party we had to work with the third party. It would have been nice if they would have settled things with us, and then settle things on the back end with the third-party. That would have been an opportunity to "wow" their guest. "Absolutely fantastic in every way! Check in was super simple. The parking garage is right around the corner and easy to access. This property is walking distance to tons of great places. We found a beer garden with a German restaurant that was 10/10. The rooms have everything you could need. Super cute. Super clean. We stayed in the Copland room. Absolutely stunning. Wonderful Wednesday away from home. I would stay here again and again. "
