"I was met at the front desk my Hyatts associate Tiffany. She was very freindly kind and explained all about the hotel and the check in process. The issue was that the internet was not working and Tiffany could not finish the check in process. She tried both computers and nothing would work. "Hotel was nice, quiet and clean. Staff that we engaged with were nice and helpful. Room with king bed was clean and comfortable. Loved that check-out was Noon instead of the standard 11am at most places. Didn't try the continental breakfast that was offered, so I can't provide a review on that part."
