"The Hotel is in a great location. That’s all it has going for it. No one at check in told me I had to call to get my room cleaned. I called to Housekeeping Friday morning and was told they would clean it. But they didn’t come until 5pm. I was taking a nap and told them to just leave some towels. Very disappointing for the amount I paid for the room! I would appreciate some amount of money for the inconvenience "

"The rooms were dirty. Toe nail clippings on the floor. They never changed trash cans or brought more towels. Even after asking. For the money you pay the rooms were in terrible condition and extremely outdated. The cleanliness was the worst part. The breakfast staff was rude to guests as well. "

"Rooms were great! Very convenient as we were working Night in old San Antonio. Staff were good and busy navigating a new operations system which was difficult but they remained very responsive and helpful! A wonderful stay overall and will return!"

Overall, hotel could use an interiors upgrade. However, great location, advantage walkability to most major stops in downtown San Antonio."

"The room itself was clean but the bathroom was horrible. I don’t know if it just got missed but it looked like months of neglect and mold starting to grow. Also the Wi-Fi almost never worked, and from the number of hotspots I saw, it wasn’t just me. The beds were soft, breakfast was great and the staff were wonderful!"
