"Tv was very difficult to use toilet issues sink had a leaking faucet and the jetted didn’t work in the tub. This was a king room. Bed didn’t seem like it was a king. Stayed here 2weels prior only it was a double queen and had no issues so what ever. "

"Experience here was ok, called ahead and asked about late check out and was told I was able to add that onto my stay at check in and the latest available time for check out was 4pm. once I got to check in they were surprised I had asked for late check out at 4 pm and said they did not do that, they contacted their manager and the manager was unable to approve this. the latest available time they had was 1pm. Had I known they were unable to do 4pm late checkout I wouldn’t have booked here or would have just booked for another night at the time I booked. Other than this the stay was good everything was cleaned and well maintained, breakfast was a little lacking with their automatic pancake machine undercooking the pancakes. Would book here again but wouldn’t be my first choice."

"Love love love the no smoke policy and i didn't run into any second hand smoke or third hand smoke. The bathroom needs more cleaning Calcium build up, thru out the Establishment. The Pool was nice but the Hot tub wasn't working, it was cold. Also they have a small business area one computer and a 24 hour gym. "

"The hotel was great the AC could work a little better but was still a really good stay we enjoyed the hot tub. The breakfast was decent for what we paid"

"Barely any water pressure in the shower. Bathroom sink crusty with dirt not cleaned. They advertise room service but it is a hoax. If you call they will charge you $5 just to connect you to Grubhub or similar, then they charge you more for the food than the menu advertises plus another extra if you want to pay with card over the phone. It seems like a fraudulent way to get extra cash from you, they should just say call grubhub, doordash or similar on your own. When I told front desk they nodded in understaning, they know this is not right, and they offered free drink and snack from their poorly stocked little shop."

"The booking details doesn't tell you that the place is filled with dealers and other undesirable neighbors. I was concerned for the safety of my car and my wellbeing enough that i left after the first night. I wouldn't have stayed that night if i wasn't already exhausted from travel and it being after 11pm. The staff were friendly and the room was clean as it could be, considering the age of the property, but the clientele made me abandon ship even with the no refunds policy. "

"Room 215 needs to have the tub fixed. The shower works but no water comes out of spout to take tub bath. Also, the sink faucet dispenses water very slowly. "
