"Customer service was great"

"Experience here was ok, called ahead and asked about late check out and was told I was able to add that onto my stay at check in and the latest available time for check out was 4pm. once I got to check in they were surprised I had asked for late check out at 4 pm and said they did not do that, they contacted their manager and the manager was unable to approve this. the latest available time they had was 1pm. Had I known they were unable to do 4pm late checkout I wouldn’t have booked here or would have just booked for another night at the time I booked. Other than this the stay was good everything was cleaned and well maintained, breakfast was a little lacking with their automatic pancake machine undercooking the pancakes. Would book here again but wouldn’t be my first choice."

"Great for the price and location"

"Richard at front desk was very nice. Parking is easy, the rooms and hallways are a maze, but they have signage everywhere. Had a tough time finding an ice machine. Complimentary Breakfast is simple and well stocked. I didn’t like windows facing common area, I like to wake to the sun but keeping shades open deflects privacy."

"Love love love the no smoke policy and i didn't run into any second hand smoke or third hand smoke. The bathroom needs more cleaning Calcium build up, thru out the Establishment. The Pool was nice but the Hot tub wasn't working, it was cold. Also they have a small business area one computer and a 24 hour gym. "

"The evening staff was very nice. The first room I was given was either still in use or never cleaned that day but they found another room for me quickly. "

"Barely any water pressure in the shower. Bathroom sink crusty with dirt not cleaned. They advertise room service but it is a hoax. If you call they will charge you $5 just to connect you to Grubhub or similar, then they charge you more for the food than the menu advertises plus another extra if you want to pay with card over the phone. It seems like a fraudulent way to get extra cash from you, they should just say call grubhub, doordash or similar on your own. When I told front desk they nodded in understaning, they know this is not right, and they offered free drink and snack from their poorly stocked little shop."
