"To start the host lied about having tenants living in the basement we arrived at the house find it absolutely filthy he confirmed the cleaners had not visited the property before us. At around 9-10 pm 2 people walked in from the front door using the key code without knocking saying they were the cleaners. On the day we were leaving the same thing happened 3 hours before our check out time. I expressed to the owner our frustrations and he refunded us a measly 60 dollars. Ridiculous"

I got every confirmation email you can think of, payment requests, address day of, everything checked out until we showed up to check in and they said they double booked us both of nights! Said there were guests in there but everything was locked up and empty!
