Great location being close to Skegness and local shops and takeaways in Wainfleet within walking distance (don't get caught out, as they don't take card payments - cash only!). Plenty of room in the house for us all, it was cosy and warm, and bedrooms were a good size. Hot tub was perfect, and very well-received."

"It's a hidden gem!! It's so peaceful and with beautiful surroundings. Victoria and Tim are very kind and friendly. We loved visiting the pond and seeing the moorhens and theirs chick's. The area itself is quite centralised, so we were able to visit many places by car in about 30 minutes. We loved our stay so much, I would definitely recommend this exquisite converted church, thank you for making us feel so welcome."
