"My wife and I stayed for three nights at Bartles Lodge in August 2026. We were warmly welcomed by proprieters upon arrival. The premises were clean and comfortable, we opted for a continental breakfast and the selection offered was excellent. We ate two evening meals which were hot and tasty and well presented. "The room was clean, lovely to have a bath. Breakfast was delicious by a wood burning stove. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Loved being close to Wells next the sea. Garden view room 5 did not really have a view of the garden from the balcony because it was on the end. Overall, enjoyed the stay."
