Lovely small boutique hotel with great food and service. Great location and lovely family rooms

The hotel was amazing and so was the buffet there were so many nice options for food.the pool was a bit to shallow but overall it was really good.the shower was a bit confusing.

Excellent stay at the Nuo Hotel Beijing. It was exactly what we needed and exceeded our expectations. The hotel is very modern, very clean, the staff are very helpful and friendly. The quality of the rooms is very high and the restaurant is very good. We will stay again if we go to Beijing.

Just back from the Prime hotel Beijing and what an amazing stay, the room was very comfortable and had all the amenities you would expect from at 4/5 star hotel, the hotel was very close to the main shopping street - Wangfujing street and a tube stoop is just over the road. The onsite restaurant was very nice, it’s Vietnamese and was reasonably priced. The lobby bar was welcoming and the beer selection ok - tip: try the cake just outside the lobby bar. Overall a really great stay.

The rooms at this hotel are fantastic. Every room is a suite and all controls are on I pads. We were staying for our third wedding anniversary trip and they had a lovely cake and card signed by the staff waiting for us. We had two dinners (the French and Chinese restaurants) and breakfast in the hotel. There's really not much to be said: absolute perfection, everything. The service was fantastic - we lost one bag in a train station and they got it back for us - so thank you to the fantastic concierge and bellboy team who saved our holiday! We stayed in the Suite, beautiful room, some of the best restaurants in the town actually inside the hotel, 100% great and recommended!

Received a genuinely warm & helpful welcome at this fabulous property. Feels truly authentic while also managing to include all the mod cons expected of a modern hotel. You truly feel you’re staying somewhere unique & temporarily sharing a slice of Chinese history.

I absolutely loved my stay here the stay were very helpful from my very first day I ended up with an injury the day I arrived and the staff came to my room and help me order a wheelchair online and had it delivered to my room they also bought ice to my room do I could ice my knee.I ordered room service twice because I just couldn't walk anywhere they came to my room do I could give them my order and I received it really quickly and room was cleaned everyday and the items I used were replenished...
