"The hosts bent over backwards to personalise our stay, whilst respecting our privacy. From the homemade tablet, pancakes and artwork to the birthday balloons and beers, we had a lovely break. The cabin has everything you need, and the hot tub is fantastic to soak in under the stars. We just wish we could have stayed longer to explore the area more. "These lodges are not suitable for winter use. Freezing, heat/cash inefficient. Treacherous access at 1600 in Scotland. An expensive endurance test not the kind of chilling I intended when I booked. Acaravan and gas"

"A little gem in Scotland all off grid and powered by solar and wood burners. Excellent deco and facilities with no 3 pin electric socket so no tv and the perfect place to chill and relax especially in the wood fired hot tub. Gordon had it all fired up and by the time we had stoked it too the thermostat was showing 90 degrees and we sat like prunes for 2hrs even when it rained and sleeted it didn’t ruin the relaxation of sitting their looking over the countryside to Loch Lomond.
