"Myself and my husband stayed for one night as I had a training course with the Coastguard and he visited a friend. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was basic but comfortable. Would recommend. Thank you"

"This hotel is good. It's clean and convenient for all the shopping at gunwharf. The only thing I missed was a fried egg at breakfast as only scrambled egg was available. If you hsve an issue with parking fees don't go back to the hotel go to the parking office."

"Lovely stay, very convenient location, close to everything. Staff was nice, great breakfast (amazing view btw!). It may be considered an "old" hotel but it's very well kept and charming. Lots of TV channels, although it wasn't my main priority when booking, but might be interesting for someone else. Won't hesitate to book them again on my next stay."
