We had a lovely spacious room with a great view over the city. The service in our room was very slightly off, one day they didn't wash the cups for glasses and then the next day they didn't replenish the coffee, but these are only small annoying overall it's a really nice hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

The South Wing is likely to be renovated not far

Very nice property

Staff are nice and professional with good English, they are helpful and smile a lot. The room is clean with morden design, the public bath on the top floor is clean and has a great view, the breakfast buffet has many choices: ramen, curry soup, ice cream machine, etc and tasty.

I liked this hotel - good location but about a 10 minute walk from the station (not realising at first that you can do the whole journey on foot all underground - much easier with suitcases). I did have an Executive room though and I really enjoyed the club lounge.

A lovely hotel, in a beautiful building, with great service. On arrival we had a quick check-in, having previously received a QR code through completing pre-check in online at the request of the hotel. We then got to choose from a wide range of bathroom amenities to take to our room. The room was fairly spacious, with high ceilings and the beds were very comfortable. A good shower and of course a Japanese toilet! There is a free wine tasting in the early evening, including some local wines,...

The Park Hotel in Sapporo is great value these days. The cheaper rooms are a bit tired but if you get a park view room and include breakfast you will have a great stay. The hotel’s Japanese and Chinese restaurants are excellent and the surrounding Nakajimakoen park is beautiful. It’s my favorite place to stay in the fabulous city of Sapporo!

Was great experience to stay at Westin Rusutsu Resort. Perfect accommodation, and excellent service. Food is good at restaurant and massage was amazing.

Only stayed for a day in this hotel. The view from the hotel room is really beautiful. Staff are helpful and friendly, however I don't get the reservation system for the meals/restaurants in this hotel. As this hotel is kind of "isolated", you will probably have your dinner in one of their restaurants. When we arrived, we were told to make a choice which restaurant we would like to make a booking for (without being able to look at any sort of menus/prices) and they told us that it would be...

It is very hard to fault this hotel because they have done almost everything right. The rooms facing the sea have a magnificent view, which puts a smile on your face every morning. Plus it is connected to the AEON shopping centre right next to it so it's very convenient especially if you feel like doing some late night shopping or last minute supply replenishment. That said, there are two things that I am not happy about: 1. There are no power outlets or USB ports at the bedside table to...

dining supurb onsen really good

I only had two transactions with the staff in the 5 days I was. Checkin & out. Room was very clean. Comfy bed & pillows. I would recommend this hotel. The only downside, there were many restaurants ajoining it, with loads of people coming & going. But once in the lift to your room it was very quiet. Bang in the centre of the Susukino area. Restaurants & bars just a 50 meter walk away. Susukino is the 'happening' area of Sapporo.

The hotel is located 10 minutes walk to the train station. Odori park and sapparo tower are 15mins away. Plenty or restaurants and convince shops within walking distance.

The view of Yotei mountain covered with snow was great in May. Onsen bath is so relaxing. The room is clean, big and comfortable. Fantastic ski, golf resort and children playground.
