The studio enjoys an exceptional location just 150 metres from the “Opéra - Vieille Ville” tram stop, 400 metres from Place Masséna, and less than a 5-minute walk from Opéra Beach. You’re also very close to the lively alleys of Old Nice, with its markets, restaurants, and small shops. A supermarket is 550 metres away, and the train station is just a few minutes away by tram or on foot.

How to get to my apartment in Nice upon arrival



I’ve chosen tofly in



When you arrive at the airport, there are plenty of transport options available to take you to your apartment:



The tram—the most affordable option: Line 2 departs from in front of Terminals 1 & 2 and serves the entire Côté Mer area, from the airport to the Port of Nice, in 25 minutes. All stops pass through Fabron, Grosso, and Gambetta for the Fleurs area; Alsace Lorraine and Jean Médecin for the Musiciens, d’Or, and Masséna areas; the Pin area; and finally, the Port area.

You can transfer to Line 1 at the JEAN MÉDECIN station.

You can transfer to Line 3 at the GRAND ARÉNAS station.



Taxis: The most direct option: Taxis are available at Terminals 1 and 2. It will take just 1.15 minutes to get directly to your apartment. There is an official flat rate that must be applied, plus a baggage fee. Be sure to ask about this and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse to charge you this rate. Normally, the fare is payable by credit card.



The bus: The airport shuttle (Bus 98) is both inexpensive and convenient. It runs every twenty minutes during the day and will drop you off in the city centre, near the Nice Thiers train station.



I’chose to arrive by train



The tram—the cheapest option: To get to Line 1, exit the station on the left and walk down towards Avenue Thiers until you reach Avenue Jean Médecin (it’s marked by signs). Trams run every five minutes, and tickets are inexpensive. Line 1 serves the city centre and the two northern areas of Nice.

You can transfer to Line 3 at the GRAND ARÉNAS station.

You can transfer to Line 2 (Airport/Port) at the JEAN MÉDECIN station.



Taxis: The most direct route: It will take just 15 minutes to drop you off right at your apartment. There is no fixed flat rate. The driver must activate the metre before leaving the station. You will only have to pay the fare displayed upon arrival plus the baggage fee. Be sure to ask for this information and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse to charge you this way. Normally, you can pay by credit card.

Don’t forget to have the full address ready to give to the driver.



I’chose to arrive by car



There’s always a public car park near your place of residence. The rates are:





• Per hour

• Per 24-hour period

• Per week

• Monthly



It may be more cost-effective to pay by the week rather than by the day for stays longer than 4 days, and so on. Be sure to check the rate chart at the car park entrance or go to the security booth as soon as you’ve parked.
