  • Beautiful 2-bedroom apartment on the first floor of a new residence with a spacious, sunny terrace. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, and the apartment offers WiFi, access to a swimming pool, and two secure parking spaces. Located in a quiet area, you are close to shops, beaches, and Exflora Park. Perfect for relaxing in the sun!



    Towels and bed linen rental is included in the cleaning fee.



    An electricity meter reading will be taken at check-in and check-out, and you will be charged for your consumption, especially for air conditioning use.



    A fixed fee applies for late check-in.
