"We stanyed here for 5 days. Our stay was very nice close to transportation and bars and restaurants near us. the hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant connected to this place Johnny Ds and the food was very delicious there. The only thing I didn't like was the free breakfast included, there is a restaurant inside the hotel, the food was delicious however they are very short staffed and takes forever to get your food. so that was the only bad thing here."

"Food and drinks are pricey. A beer is $9. Yikes!! The Bear Claw cafe was so yummy!! The oat bowls were huge, the donuts were to die for!! EVERY single staff member we had contact with was amazing. Very good customer service, very accommodating, super helpful and beyond polite. The shuttle to the falls was awesome and so helpful. "

"Fine motel; easy to find, plenty of rooms, a bit pricey, but very clean and fine staff. Breakfast was included. We'll stay again as we transit the NY Thruway."

"We spent one night here to go see Niagra Falls- it was perfect- we were able to walk to every where right from the hotel- the room was clean- everything was perfect- but honestly my favorite part was meeting Warren at check in! What a wonderful person! From the second we met Warren he was all smiles, friendly and so very helpful! My whole family was disappointed we didn’t see him more during our short stay! In a day where customer service is lacking- the Hyatt Place and Warren are a 10 out of 10"
