"Staff were very nice and helpful. I stayed for 9days and can not fault them. Whenever I need something you only need to ask. Very helpful and excellent service from kitchen to front desk and the cleaner who helped open my door as I had so many stuff on hand. It’s a shame I didn’t get all their names. But all in all 10/10💯"

"Perfect for our stay in derby, we were roadside, next to the pelican so a bit noisy until early hours. Breakfast was ok, food hot and no waiting for anything. Downside, lift was broken so not great for restricted mobility. Thankfully I was ok today. "
