"Stuart was very communicative, answering usually within minutes. Facilities are great, very comfortable place with good choices of rooms. We didn't get to use the hot tub as much as we'd have liked, as on arrival, we had a meal out booked soon, so the first night was out. The first day weather was terrible, none stop rain till the evening, so it wasn't comfortable to be outside much, then the second day we were out most of the day."

"The property was excellent. Table football, trampoline in the garden and gym in the garage kept the younger members of our party well occupied. The added bonus of an on-site tennis court was much appreciated. The position of the was peaceful in spite of a busy main road nearby. Our hosts were ever helpful no matter how many times we contacted them. Will definitely be looking for another stay in the future."

"Probably the best holiday let/cottage we have stayed in over the past 11 years. Spotlessly clean with all the home comforts and more. The kitchen was better equipped than my one at home!!! Hot tub was a lovely addition Great welcome basket - plum bread a new firm favourite. Jayne the host greeted us on arrival which was really nice Very quiet village with a nice pub opposite. Conveniently located near Lincoln and the Lincolnshire Wolds Would highly recommend"

The house is beautiful and the location, with woods right on the doorstep, is so peaceful and calm. "This is a very lovely property in beautiful surroundings. It has everything you need and was fitted out to a high standard. We liked the little pond although it was a bit too chilly to make use f the excellent outside area. We loved the extra touches like the wine/bread etc. Loved the homemade cake (what is the recipe? :). ). Great rooms with owner. Would stay here again when we are back in Lincoln"

"Stayed here for my hen weekend and it was amazing! All the rooms were lovely decorated and so clean. The whole group of us really enjoyed it and loved finishing our nights off with a dip in the big hot tub. The weekend was so luxurious we didn’t feel the need to go anywhere. Everyone said they would definitely go back, whether it be another party weekend or chilled one with the family, would suit all needs. So well equipped and so clean. Loved it!"

There are a few niggles, although I put them into the category of observations and not complaints. The bed in the 'very' large bedroom was very creaky, and is perhaps time for a new mattress. There was damp in the shower room, although it is the end of the season. There were used pots of honey on the dining table that I think should have...

"We have spent a lovely few days in Lincoln to visit the main attractions in the City. The house is in a perfect location for the old part of the City and everything was easily walkable. The car park opposite is also very handy. The house itself is comfortable with everything you need for a few days stay. The kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped and modern although bedrooms are fairly basic and would benefit from more pillows on the beds as only 1 per person. The house has a lovely atmosphere...

"We booked this a week before staying. Quick booking. Location pin point not great. Had to ask a. Local but very friendly village. Lovely little pub up the road. Cottage had some cob webs but it is a cottage. Bed very comfortable and bathroom lovely had bits in the kitchen that come in handy. Great stay we will be back. Do not park so close to the wall I scratched my car on a stone post thinking I needed to be as far off the road. But not true. Safe parking outside. Thank you"

"This property is beautiful. A true gem. The GF apartment was spotlessly clean, fabulously equipped and so quiet and comfortable. A beautiful garden with outdoor seating came with this apartment. Neal was very easy to communicate with and so friendly when we met him (and his lovely family). Some great treats including croissants, jams, cake, crisps, milk and butter were provided. There was even citrus fruit for G&T. Very much appreciated. It is a 20min walk out of Lincoln. Easy walk in, c.£6...
