Safe and beautiful

Great hotel stay, easy check in, lovely and comfortable room and a tasty buffet breakfast. Was a last minute booking for our trip to see Oasis and loved every minute of our trip. Thank you Holiday Inn Express.

A lovely Victorian house full of nik naks and full of character. Very quite and safe at night with good pub and places to eat very close by.

Hotel is excellent, room very comfortable, king size bed massive, everything spotlessly clean and the food both evening meal and breakfast is excellent too. Cannot fault the hotel and will definitely stay there again next time we are in London. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel close to Westfield and its shops and transport. Excellent for trains to the O2 for a gig. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfy and the breakfast was excellent We would definitely stay again

What a fabulous hotel - all one could and would want for a short stay in East London. Modern, lovely staff, clean, great and comfy beds and very stylish. Highly recommended for anyone thinking of staying in East London. And great value for a great hotel.

I took my daughter as a surprise for her 30th birthday to the Sunborn Yacht. We received a friendly welcome in the stunning reception area, and they stored our luggage until check-in time, whilst we had lovely afternoon tea I'd booked prior to arrival. It was £40, but included a cocktail, unlimited tea and coffee, and delicious fresh sandwiches, scones and patisserie. Superb location for events at London stadium and the Olympic legacy park, nights out in Stratford and shopping. Excellent service, clean, safe and comfortable. Great value for money.

Delightful stay :) perfect location for our trip to the Westfield for shopping! Love the style of the hotel, some front of house staff could do with a lesson in smiling but same could be said for many people we came across on our trip. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others if visiting the area :)

Friendly and accommodating staffs particularly the tall guy in the reception and the one arranging the lounge and restaurant areas who keeps greeting and engaging with guests (sorry i did not get your names but well don you both!). The property is clean. Service is very responsive. A true value for money.
