"Decent hotel for the price. Rooms are a bit dated and could with freshening up. Couple of lifts were out of action during the stay which meant longer waits at peak times. Staff all good throughout. Bar area is nice. Overall good value for money in London and would stay again. "

"The room was spotless but the heated towel rail in the bathroom was not working and could not be repaired while we were there. Several windows did not fit adequately and so were draughty. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Generally we felt privileged and cared about during our stay."
