"Hotel is centrally located but nice and quiet. The family room was spacious, with two bathrooms (it's adjoining rooms). The staff is very helpful and friendly. The kids enjoyed the scavenger hunt, and little welcome teddy bears. "

At £259 for a basement noisy room I will never stay in this hotel again. Appalling noise and equally bad crass customer service!"
