Bed comfortable, pillows lovely, tv operational and managed to catch up with corrie and emmerdale, bathroom clean and sufficient - drain a bit smelly but my shower oils masked the smell and I just shut the door before nodding off"

"The lifts are not safe I was stuck in a lift for 40 minutes the lift was stuck on the 3 rd floor With the doors locked Eventually the fire brigade broke thru the doors I have filed a report with the hotel I videos to support my experience "

"Convenient location with Parking close to Gatwick airport. Spacious rooms and a lovely deep bath! The pool was a nice bonus although the steam room wasn’t working. The staff were helpful and polite. 4.5 miles from Gatwick and great value for money."
