"The property is in a good position in the city and the staff were really lovely. The room itself was a bit old and had a few questionable stains on the floor and ceilings but the bed was comfortable. Good for a short term stay! "

"Room needs a real good deep clean - lots of grime in the corners and on the skirtings, smudges on mirrors and glass, foul odour coming from the shower drain. I requested a late check out but the cleaners barged in at 10am on the dot (the time of the original check out time). A couple of the staff members were lovely and a couple others were very unhelpful - asking them anything seemed like a bother and they gave very short 'yes' or 'no' responses with a sigh. A bit of a strange location without any vibe. "

"The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was larger than i had expected it to be which was great. The location was good as it was close to the places i was going and had the lightrail just around the corner which was handy."
