The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Newcastle. Getting access to the carpark was tricky at first as the street outside was full but a quick call to reception and it was way after that. Trolleys for room were handy but not always available. Good location to Honeysuckle and the tram and a nice walk to Nobby’s and the break wall. The check in process was seamless, the apartment had everything we needed and was comfortable.
