Pro: Spacious room, comfy bed, free early check-in, friendly staff. Chinatown has a lot of various Asian food options and shops all within walking distance. Also nearby public transportation. Fairly safe area, felt no problem walking late at night. Cons: Bad wifi that kept disconnecting itself and is slow. Not great for taking work meetings. No sound proofing - thankfully the building is quiet most of the time, but when neighbors door opening and close in the morning and talk in the hallway, we can hear everything in the room.

Rooms are clean and well-maintained with everything you need. Checking in and out are all done digitally on kiosks, and there is a very friendly and helpful staff there to assist if you have trouble. Convenient location and secure parking. Couldn't give five stars because there was a peculiar smell all throughout the building (thankfully not in the rooms) and because the sofa bed mattress was too thin and uncomfortable. The main bed mattresses were great, though.
