"The room had everything we needed including a ceiling fan which was great. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. Liked that it was a blanket rather than a quilt especially at this hot time of year. Good location close to town too. Would stay here again. "
"Great location. Lovely exterior close to everything. Inside starting to look tired with things starting to fall apart. We couldn’t find a chopping board or any cutting knives and only one steak knife so made it difficult to prepare food. "
"Nothing good.about this place apart from the fact its cheap. And nasty. You book for 2pm check in they tell you its actually 3pm then say not ready until 7pm. Hopeless!

"We had a great stay at George's place. Comfortable and cosy. We tried the local coffee shop, fish and chip shop, and pub and found they were all great meals. "
"The place was nice and big enough for 3 families with kids, however needs a lot of updates. The beds were terribly uncomfortable and loudly squeaked every time you moved. The bath was too small to use for kids baths. The kitchen utensils that were there were very dirty and some unusable. The knives didn’t cut. The pots and pans are so old that food stuck to them. No tongs. We bought food for a bbq dinner but couldn’t make it as there is no light outside. Also no heating in 2 of the bedrooms or the bathroom. "

"This is our second stay in this spacious, airy, beautiful spot so clearly we love it. The only issues are the usual minor frustrations- no sharp knives, window not able to be opened, no music options that we could locate or work, grill tray not working, milk frother not working. We like to cook so these things matter but if you go out to eat or get take away, no problem. Also one of the beds was squeaky and another had slats falling out of the bottom of it. Minor issues as I said bit noteworthy. Otherwise terrific. Thank you."

"Great location and stunning views. Enough space for 10 adults and 4 children. Unfortunately there are maintenance issues in the property. We had issues with the drainage in the main shower probably due to a blockage from hair. Toilet roll holders missing and the garden was in a very poor state. The pool was great , clean and ready for use. Kitchen was well equipped. Some of the single beds had broken slats and average mattresses. The level of cleanliness wasn’t at the standard I would have expected The property just needs some maintenance. We had an issue on arrival which was very quickly addressed and fixed by the property management. Very much appreciated the quick response. Overall, our family had a great weekend together. We appreciated being given early access and a later checkout without being charged extra. "
