"Excellent location, well equipped kitchen, kitchen, bedroom and living area clean and spacious. Helpful, friendly staff. As we didn’t have a car we arrived at the front of the hotel and found we needed to carry our luggage up stairs where there was a lift to the next floor. We were unaware that we had to negotiate stairs to our room. We are both in our 70s, could do it now but in the near future maybe not. A studio apartment that we saw did not have this problem but was a lot smaller. Definitely stay here again."

"All the staff were very accommodating. We had a lovely big renovated room with twin beds. The outdoor spa in the pool area is warm enough to use going into winter. Lovely fresh breakfast. There are currently renovations/construction noise, but we were out and about most of it anyhow."

"Booked this property particularly for the alleged pool that is mentioned twice in the info on Wotif. However there is no pool. Bed was not very comfortable, restaurant not open for Sunday dinner and in-room dining order seemingly went through, then after half an hour or so got an email saying the order had failed. Parking is a bit of a nightmare in the area with various construction. Pretty expensive given all these things."

"We were very impressed with the attention to detail in this hotel - our room had blackout blinds, usb port, soft and firm pillows and good products in large pump dispensers as well as the usual safe and fridge. The free breakfast was excellent, only little gripe, they could have done with extra staff in dining room over the weekend. Having said that the staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Linda on the front desk. "
