Lovely Home
We stayed at the property for my son's wedding weekend. There were 3 couples. It was clean and spacious. The decor is charming and makes you feel welcome. The location made it easy for us to get around to the events we attended.

Beautiful Property
This is a well maintained older home in a great location within walking distance of Newberg. It is decorated nicely (think Pottery Barn) throughout the home. We traveled with 6 adults and one infant and had plenty of room to spread out; the outside area was really nice with a propane firepit and a large table with chairs. We had a couple of issues with the home; the AC unit was not working properly upon our arrival, however, one call to the management company and it was resolved. Our other issue was with one of the upstairs bathrooms, while it remained unresolved even after a prompt visit by the management company it did not ruin our stay. This is a lovely home with a ton of character; we enjoyed sitting and swinging on the front porch! The downstairs bathroom likely needs some updating, however, it was functional.

Cute craftsman near campus!
We stayed at this home during our visit for family weekend at George Fox. The location was great and we walked to campus every time. The home accommodated 7 of us very comfortably. Even space for most of us to watch tv altogether. Lovely home and a great location.

we LOVED this house
We were a group of 7 (three couples and one single young adult) and we had a wonderful time in this Newberg house. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and in the back around the fire pit. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, the house was thoroughly clean, the towels were thick and fluffy and the kitchen was well appointed. The manager was easy to communicate with and very responsive to all my questions and concerns. We highly recommend this house for those groups seeking a relaxing stay!

Thanksgiving Wine Tasting
A lovely time at a beautiful home with plenty of space close to everything ! The hosts were very communicative and thoughtful ! The amenities were great and the home was close to many wonderful wineries . We had a fabulous time and loved that our leftovers didn’t go to waste but were delivered to a local homeless shelter!

Great house!
The Pearl is a wonderful, quality property. We loved all of the different areas to spend time and we really enjoyed the fire pit and dining table outside in the back yard. The beds were so comfortable with quality sheets, blankets and pillows. There were plenty of towels in the beautiful bathrooms. We took advantage of the lovely clawfoot tub. The house was an easy walk to downtown and nearby restaurants. We loved our stay!

The property is beautiful and tastefully furnished! The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood yet walking distance from restaurants and shops! There are a lot of open spaces and was perfect for our large group of family and friends for a weekend getaway. Highly recommended.

Wonderful in every way!
We loved our stay at the Pearl House! Tons of space and beautifully decorated! An easy walk to restaurants and super convenient for exploring the wine region. The property management company took care of everything, including organizing our wine tour! I will definitely be back!!

Not one negative thing
Came here for 4 nights w my siblings and their spouses. If you’re reading this review - don’t 2nd guess one thing. Everything is perfect from the attentive property management company to the owners attention to detail in this immaculate, adorable , technologically advanced house. Even the neighbors are fabulous- giving us figs and onions from their garden. Location is perfect walking distance to restaurants, bakery and multiple coffee shops .. All houses on VRBO should be this amazing !
