Loved the breakfast! More options than I hoped for. Staff was helpful and property was very clean. 4 stars for facilities bc AC was not functioning on arrival. Desk sent someone to check it promptly. They were unable to fix it. We were moved the next morning to a new room without any trouble or fuss!

What I liked most was the consistently friendly and accommodating staff. This was my third stay at NU Hotel, and on each occasion the team has been very helpful with individual requests, which I really appreciated. I also love the character of the hotel. My room had a beautiful, colourful mural, which made it feel much more unique and personal than a typical hotel room. The room was clean and comfortable, and the gym is another great feature, especially for a longer stay. Overall, NU Hotel has a warm, individual character, and the staff's willingness to accommodate guests' needs is what keeps me coming back.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The Hotel is well marketed and looks great in the pictures however not what you get as I thought i was getting a Sheraton / Hampton Inn and turned out to be more like a Quality Inn On a positive note it is a great location and close to all different Subway Lines and has an okay continental breakfast Unfortunately the staff does not care about their guests and never smile or acknowledge you The linen and the toilet paper are cheap The shelf in the bathroom was falling down and the towel rack was broken Overall we paid good money for a cheap hotel and would never book again

This NU Hotel was in a convenient location. The room was clean and the breakfast was appreciated. My only criticism was that I found the bed in my room to be somewhat uncomfortable. Otherwise the room was well-equipped.

They have free coffee and water and breakfast. The gym is good enough The front desk staff person could not have been less welcoming. No smile, no warmth, no greeting when we arrived. Not a great way to begin our stay at this hotel. The room is dated. The mattress is old and saggy. The pillows are old and the foam has fallen apart.
