"A lavish luxury 4 star hotel in a great city centre location walking distance to the Victoria shopping centre well worth booking...staff were really friendly... room was great ...breakfast restaurant was lovely looking out to the two famous dock cranes...the only downside with a city centre hotel they dont have their own parking so you have to pay for the multistorey but they will validate your ticket for a discount."

"Lovely hotel, very friendly staff and the best bed bedding and pillows … didn’t want to get out of bed as it was so comfy! Good breakfast with a good variety of hot and cold foods! Good location 10 mins walk into city center! Would definitely stay again! "
