"SCAM! Everything in the description is a lie. It’s someone’s house and the family lives there. Their adult son sleeps in his underwear on a couch while the parents is locked in a room right next to yours. They demanded extra cash as a cleaning deposit which breaks Expedia rules. They went through my room while I was gone. They demanded more money while I was there and made me and my 2 boys switch to a single bed room unless I paid. Complete scam. "We had a great experience staying here. The kids enjoyed the pool, basketball and golf. The house was just as advertised. I liked that the access was gated and felt secure. Good easy location on a quiet street and had good access to attraction (10 minutes away) overall great experience and would recommend for anyone not wanting the chaos of the strip! "

"The condo was very private with covered parking and a security gate. It was in a neighborhood that was very quiet. It appeared clean, but could have used a little more cleaning(tile floor, heater/air conditioning filter caked with dust). The tv in the livingroom only got Netflix, Master bedroom had only six channels no remote(owner stated replacing tvs after we leave. Bring your own hand soap and dish detergent. No trash cans in both bathrooms. The owners were friendly and provided other items...
