Not sure where to start. First the bathroom shower leaks water. Had to put a towel on place to catch the water from dripping out of it. Learned this the hard way the first time we used it. Next is the bed. The most uncomfortable bed we have slept in. This needs to be changed asap. Next just two coffee ...

The beds were very comfortable and good shower. Should have some coffee pods for the coffee machine, we were only staying one night and didn't have time to go buy some. Also should have enough parking for guests, that's why we booked it
Wont be staying at this hotel again I love Paris this was my third time and will be coming back again but not to that horrible no customer services hotel
