We didnt have a working bathroom in our room and we were told to use the one in the waiting area if we needed to. We asked to speak to manager and manager does not care. Also they had one person working the breakfast area when they should have known people were there for a big festival. The place was clean, staff except manager were friendly and attentive.

Front desk staff went the extra mile to satisfy the customer. Maintenance seemed to have trouble figuring out how to fix a noisy toilet flush valve.

The whole place was very nice, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful, I’ll stay there again anytime I’m in the area.

During my stay, the fire alarm went off at around 1am. It turned out to have been a faulty system. Although we were not charged for the room, given a continental breakfast, and staff was very helpful, it seems that there were various problems with the system, such as multiple passwords that did not work. I think Marriott should be more prudent in maintaining in this important system.

This is a very pleasant, nicely run suburban motel that meets all the expectations expected of the brand. Staff were helpful, location was convenient for our visit, Exercise room we good, everything worked and they had most needed amenities. Not a vacation spot but a convenient, hospitable suburban motel.

The room was fine but the hallway leading to the room was bit of a mess. Baseboards missing from walls and the remnants of work in the hall were evident in the carpet. The front desk failed to warn us about the wedding party across and down the hall from us so we had to put up with the noise all night. I don't blame the wedding party. Of course that's what you should do at a wedding - celebrate. I suppose the hotel staff have no legal obligation to tell us but I would have appreciated a heads-up up. It's the kind of thing I used to do for my valued customers when I worked in the service field for many years.

Recuperating from the flood needs to become a priority by upgrading the entire hotel and ensuring both elevators work. Carpet on the side of the only working elevator looks very old; some rooms still need upgrading. Super location but place needs some attention. Staff is super.

The property appeared to be new/well maintained and clean. The bedroom had some attractive furniture besides the king bed: couch, ottoman & end table to use to eat, if one so desired. It was not your typical vanilla hotel decor, but slightly nicer. The room had a fridge and it had multiple lamps for good lighting. The bed was comfortable but the pillows needed replacing. However, it was located in a corporate park with no restaurants. Although the hotel advertised that it had a restaurant for breakfast and dinner, it was not a true restaurant in the sense that it was located in the bar area and served a very limited menu for dinner. I had to approach the bar and call out into the “kitchen” to get the waitress’s attention to place a dinner order. The burger was just so-so. It was made from a frozen patty and not the type of hamburger that I would expect from a true restaurant. However, it was brought to my table (in the bar area) promptly & with a smile.

Very nice suburban hotel
This was a very nice, suburban hotel, well-maintained and well-managed. The rooms were large and comfortable, the staff were helpful, the location (and room) were quiet. It's not a vacation destination but for personal or business reasons, I would be happy to stay there again if the opportunity arose.

Thank you for the Comment. Courtyard brand does not offer free breakfast. Next visit, the Residence Inn Marriott offers free breakfast.
