"The hotel had the look of a 5 star but felt like a 3 star. 1. For a 5 star hotel and the amount paid, I was shocked to find out that bottled water wasn't even complimentary - I've stayed in many hotels (3* - 5*) and bottled water has always been complimentary. 2. Again, for a 5 star hotel, there was no iron available in the room. Had to make a call and use a shared one. 3. We were 2 guests in one room yet the amenities were for 1 guest only. Again, never come across this in any other hotel I've stayed at over the years. 4. They don't put out UHT milk in the rooms, only coffee creamer. Had to ask the bar for milk, was an inconvenience. 5."

"Great breakfasts and fabulous dinners with dramatic sunset views. Costas is an amazing server at breakfast and gave us great tips on where to go. The pool was only 23 C so a bit cold."

"Service was wonderful and the staff made us feel pampered with the daily breakfast, which was fresh and delicious. Location was very convenient for food options and bus transportation to other parts of the island. Loved staying in La Vida Breve, but disappointingly the hot tubs were definitely not hot enough during our stay when the outside temperature was around 60. The rooftop jacuzzi was lukewarm at best and the smaller one was a bit warmer but still not hot. The view from this suite was amazing so I wish I could have spent more time enjoying it in the hot tub. Besides that, everything was still wonderful."

"I absolutely LOVED my stay at Santorini Palace, this is the best staff I ever experienced! They made my stay so enjoyable and peaceful, they were all so welcoming, kind, ready to help and answer any questions. The kitchen staff was so helpful, understanding and accommodating to my nutrition restrictions - I am gluten and dairy free, which makes it difficult when I travel but not at Santorini palace! they had many options for me that made my trip! Kudos to Jonida at the reception desk! She was the first staff I encountered and she set the tone for my entire time at Santorini Palace. Every staff member made my stay special. And of course I loved the amenities, the cleanliness, the views! Thank you for making my solo trip no so solo at all. Blessings!"

"The views are amazing. Location is great to walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping. Breakfast was good. Lots of stairs! Thank goodness they help with your luggage. The pool was a bit on the cold side so can’t spend much time in it!! Was still enjoyable to suntan on the deck. The room was spacious. The the bathroom shower was so amazing. "
