Hotel did not send shuttle for pickup as scheduled in advanced & it was confirmed. Hotel did not provide late check out that I had requested and they confirmed in advance (it had an additional cost that we had agreed on). We had already discussed and confirmed everything via Expedia messages and come to find they denied it even though they confirmed this.

Rooms are a little small but functional. There is no pavement to walk on either side of the road outside the hotel, and is on a quiet busy road
