"Very nice hotel just a 15 minute walk into Fira town. From there, it's easy to take the bus (2-3€) to Oia or down to Akrotiri or Red Beach--all worth visiting. Note that the walk to hotel is slightly up/down hill, but not bad. We stayed in the junior suite, which was spacious and had a nice balcony view. Good breakfasts with different variety of items each morning. They arranged taxi transport from the airport for us. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

We were offered a complimentary upgrade on our last night which we politely declined due to the amount of baggage we had unpacked but we appreciated the offer so much. We had approx 30 people staying with us at Costa grand so I had emailed a few months before and asked if we could possibly be close together in the hotel to reduce disruption to other guest around the pool, we never expected them to manage this but they did! Meaning all of our guests were in one area which was amazing. The amenities were great, food and drink were excellent and staff are extremely friendly and helpful."
