Search Hotels with Parking in National Forest

We booked this hotel due to its location to Donington Circuit. The location was perfect, the circuit being about 10 minutes drive away (maximum). The owners were lovely and very friendly, Beverley helped us find somewhere to eat on a Sunday when everywhere else was closed or had finished serving. Although the hotel is on the main road, the small town of Melbourne is quiet and the road isn't busy - even on a bank holiday weekend. Lovely weekend, spotlessly clean room, friendly staff, amazing food, would definitely recommend!

We couldn’t have had a warmer welcome or to be made feel so valued as a guest. The room was lovely, the bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. We had all of the amenities we needed and more besides. Breakfast was lovely and were offered top ups of hot drinks. Probably one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in a while!

Fantastic stay and facilities, we thoroughly enjoyed out little hideaway. This place is a hidden gem and we definitely will be back. Only downfalls are the fact that it isn't advertised so well as this property has huge potential, gym is a little on the small side and it most definitely could do with a onsite restaurant for gain revenue for the place to maximise the income but it didnt effect our stay as we had all the facilities we needed in our lodge and planned on going out anyhow.

Another great stay thanks to Dougie and Becky, you are wonderful hosts. Enjoyed all meals in a great atmosphere, if you are looking to visit the area I highly recommend this as a great place to stay

We found this hotel on the off chance and so glad we did. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and tidy.

Booked for a couple of nights while visiting alton towers and found the place superb value. Food in restaurant good and staff were very friendly and helpful. Also didn't add breakfast at the time of booking and when we asked to add for the 2 days when checking in the receptionist added for no extra charge. Would definitely and will be returning and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone else visiting the area.

Nice hotel situated close to branston water park convenient for groceries and a couple of nice pubs nearby. Hotel clean tidy and run by a professional staff highly recommended

This was the ideal stopover, we found the reception, public areas and our room clean and well cared for. All the staff we met, from the moment we arrived till the moment we left friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast and found the choice, presentation and taste really good.

We booked the suite. Really lovely room .. nicely furnished .. spacious. Electric shower was a little disappointing . Restaurant food was amazing and vert good selection of spirits at the bar .. would definitely recommend and return
