The house is beautiful, the video game table and foosball were great and the kitchen was perfectly stocked to cook a full meal. The beds were clean and comfortable and the linens were perfect. Garage parking made this a very easy place to come and go from. The amount of storage space and living space is amazing if you have a big family or group. Things to note: This home is located in an up and coming neighborhood - not quite walkable yet. The train horns are frequent early in the morning and were not expected. Delivery accessibility was difficult for multiple drivers on multiple platforms. Once we changed delivery notes, the process was a little easier. ##### Rocky S. Upon arrival, the area seemed a little sketchy, but we got used to it and never had any issues. It is in close proximity to Broadway/downtown Nashville and was easy to get around by car. We really appreciated the garage! We loved the rooftop patio! It has a great view of downtown Nashville and was really cool. The downstairs (ground level) bedroom/bathroom had a musty/mildewy smell. We didn't need that bedroom, so we closed the door. Also, there are a lot of stairs, especially if you want to go to the awesome rooftop patio. Also, the WIFI was slow at times. The manager was quick to respond to fixing the WIFI, but it was still a little slow. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend it. ##### Mary K.
