This historic condo complex is located in the heart of Midtown & has the one & only iconic guitar-shaped pool! The living room has a very cozy feel for you to relax & enjoy. BATHROOM 1: White floating double sink vanity & DOUBLE standing glass SHOWERS - embrace yourself as we designed two glass showers next to each other to maximize on efficiency in the bathroom. The condo will be professionally cleaned before you arrive. We provide shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, one roll of paper towels, 3-4 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom & laundry detergent. It is spacious, modern and very clean. Check in was super easy and the hosts very accessible. It is located in the Music Row vicinity, very safe and close to all studios and within walking distance to many restaurants. The pool was lovely too. We highly recommend. ##### Alexandra H. Lots to see on your walk or a $12 Uber ride to Broadway. The condo was perfect for our short stay but would definitely accommodate a longer visit. The beds were extremely comfortable and cute decor, perfect for a group of friends or family. We will definitely be back. Very spacious and clean. Stocked with towels and kitchen necessities. Only negative is parking is first come, first serve and with bigger vehicles it’s a TIGHT squeeze. Had some problems with others parking. Owners are very kind people and responsive to questions. Would definitely go again! ##### Kim M. Unit is really clean and well kept. Short drive to Music Row. Found a fun bar (Live Oak) in walking distance to our unit with some of the best music we heard in Nashville. ##### Darrel H. The property is in a great location and rich in history! Updated and clean with some restaurants, bars and coffee shops near. We took Lyft to get to Broadway but you could certainly walk as well. It was just a few minutes to ride. I think our only complaint was the pillows and with they had Kleenex available, very minor overall. We enjoyed the pool one day and walking through the neighborhood to take in all the sights and recording studios. Live Oak and Tailgaters were great bars just up the street! ##### Jennifer W. The building itself doesn’t look the most appealing but the condo itself was beautiful and clean. One of the “bedrooms” just has 2 curtains for doors, it would be nice if there would have been pocket doors for that room to have a little more privacy. The property was great location to music row and one mile walk to downtown. Overall, great place to stay for the weekend! ##### Rachael S. Great location. Property owners were great about communicating. It’s a little smaller than it looked in the pictures. Would have preferred that the room with the single queen bed had doors instead of curtains. Power outage was inconvenient and there should be a back up for people to get in through the main lobby. Security guard that let us in the back door was rude to us. Otherwise it was a very nice place to stay. ##### Barb S. There were so many things i liked about our recent stay. Lots of them little things, but put together they make a big impression.There is no "master suite", just lots of rooms/sleeping spaces. This is great for girls trips.LOTS of mirrors (full length and counter), counters and "get ready" spaces. Double sinks in both bathrooms with space for all our stuff.Convenient Outlets/charging blocks next to each bed.Towels were darker gray! And nice!Beds were comfortable and decent sizes. No twins or fulls. Kitchen and other decor was nice, conformable for hanging out. Nice toilet paper - you know this matters!Stocked with basics.Locstion was great. Quiet street, close to places we could walk to. We walked to Broadway, but it was a short uber ride too. We did both.Parking for 2 cars. Ours were small cars, its tight for bigger cars, but we parked them and left them there all weekend.Hosts were awesome. Very kind, helpful and responsive if we had questions. We had 8 in our group. My parents (70s), my husband I (50s) and 4 college kids. Everyone was happy in this condo! ##### vickie p. We walked most places in the daytime and took Ubers home inexpensively in the evening. It was generally well equipped, lots of glasses but we were disappointed there wasn't a kettle for making morning tea. (There was multiple coffee makers) One bed had a hairball in it and another had dead skin/toe nail but it was otherwise clean feeling. We felt the place was a bit misrepresented as said it was a 4 bedroom but really it has 2 proper bedrooms and 2 other sleeping areas - one is almost a bedroom (1 bed) except there are no doors just curtains and the other sleeping area (2 beds)is behind a short divider wall. The thing to know about this is that these 2 sleeping areas are both close to the open kitchen/sitting area so Noise can be an issue. We were here during a cold snap and found the unit rather cold especially at night. We adjusted all thermostats up but the temperature never rose above 68 - perhaps it has been over ridden to stay at this level?? Our issue was that there were no extra bed blankets in the unit and the beds all had very thin summer weight covers. Bathrooms are large & modern & very well designed for sharing with toilets, showers all separate from generously sized sink areas. Liked that there were multiple hair dryers provided.
