There are tons of stairs so you will get a workout. The neighborhood was ok, we walked to breakfast and there were homeless people yelling at us and following us. It was a quick uber downtown, but I wouldn’t say it was “walkable” to anywhere. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The house itself is really loud and echos.
