Situated directly across the street from Nashville's iconic Station Inn, the lofts are walking distance to a variety of restaurants and nightlife and just six blocks to the Music City Center. Continue just two blocks further to enjoy the nightlife on Broadway. The loft's convenient location will allow you to leave your car at home and explore the city on foot. When you are spending time in the loft, we have made every effort to make sure you feel at home. This 960 sq ft loft features 15ft. ceilings and huge windows looking out onto Nashville and the vibrant Gulch neighborhood. The loft offers a king-size bed. We offer a SmartTV with all streaming capabilities (NO cable), high-speed wifi, and a washing machine and dryer in your unit! Guest access You'll have full access to the entire unit during your stay as well as the shared patio space near the entrance on the second floor. Paid parking is available onsite. We can provide ONE parking pass for the residential open air gated lot for $40/day. Residential parking guarantees one parking spot with in-and-out privileges. The second option is to park in the public lot which typically starts at $40/day however WITHOUT in-and-out privileges and no guaranteed spot. \*No in-and-out privileges means if you leave the parking lot and return, you will need to restart your parking session and pay again. At either lot, UrbanNashville is not responsible for any towing, booting, or ticketing fees. Please inquire if you would like to purchase a residential parking pass prior to arrival. RIDESHARE There are rideshares all over the city from Uber, Lyft, and even Earth Rides (Tesla cars only). They are easy to call anytime day or night. TAXIS See the ride share option above, taxis are available however few and far between and can be quite pricey in Nashville. There are so many taxi companies that we really cannot recommend any one over another, and we encourage you to investigate rates and reviews to find one that suits your needs. MTA BUSES The MTA (Metro Transit Authority) Buses run all over Metro Nashville and even some surrounding counties. Very reasonable fares and a wide range of routes make the bus a cheap and easily navigable choice for visitors. NASHVILLE B-CYCLE Nashville's bicycle sharing program has been a huge success with locals and tourists. Simply walk up to any Nashville B-Cycle station, swipe your credit card, and pick out your red bike! Walking distance to some really great restaurants and live music without having to go downtown. However, it’s a quick cab ride downtown so you don’t need a car. We were very pleased with our stay! The location is exceptional with access to the best of The Gulch. We walked about at night and never felt unsafe. We asked for a mattress topper and extra pillows for the sofa bed after the first night and it was promptly and graciously delivered same day. The location is great. We were able to walk to many restaurants and venues. We did not cook but kitchen appeared well stocked. The building was quiet. The trolley tour stops across the street. Came in from a very hot day to no air conditioning, but it was quickly resolved. Bathrooms dated with a very deep step to get in and out of shower/tub.
