Property owner assumes no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or illness of any kind which may result from use of the bunk bed and ladder. The owners are not liable for any accidents occurring. Parents with children should be especially cautioned regarding ladder use and agree to accept all responsibility for minors. The house itself is very comfortable and the process getting in and out were great. We had easy communication with the owners and they helped us with everything I needed. The location is perfect, but note gentrification is taking place on the outskirts of Nashville, so the area is also a little rougher as well. I suggest parking in front of the house, because the back parking spots are kind of secluded and it’s easy for someone to break into your car. I parked my car in the back found someone broke into my car, stole all of my change, and a pair of running shoes. Again, it’s a great house in a great location, but there are spots within the neighborhood that are a little rougher so keep your belongings in the house. All and all 5/5 stars! ##### Jason L.
