The communication was very fast which I appreciate. The townhouse is located right next to a Starbucks and the grocery store is right behind it. In fact, you have to go through the grocery store parking lot to get to the 2 car garage. This made it so convenient to get what you need for the house but this convenience also made it noisy at night when the trucks come to deliver. There's also some kind of train nearby that you can't see but you hear periodically at night. So if you're a light sleeper, this place might not be for you. All in all, we had a good stay and everything is pretty close by and convenient.
