Our favorite part of the house is the open floor plan, which is perfect for gathering, and also the stunning outdoor living space! Large Samsung Smart TVs in EVERY bedroom plus a huge 65" Samsung TV in the living room, with a BOSE sound bar for listening to your favorite playlist!

Our stay was incredible! Lauren was a dream host and very responsive. We didn't need a thing because she was so thorough in making sure we had all the info prior to check-in. There is private parking (garage and driveway) available and also free parking on the street. All of the rooms are very well decorated and stocked with all that you will need. Even fans and noise machines for sleeping soundly! We loved everything about this trip and the home was in a perfect location Ubers at our beckon call when needed that arrived in 2-3min window. We would definitely recommend!

Great home

The home was clean and as advertised. We did Thanksgiving dinner there and were grateful for a VERY well stocked kitchen. The construction next door made getting in/out and parking difficult - but out of the owners control. We would stay again.

Nashville fun

We rented 2 townhouses for 16 of us and it was fabulous experience! From the initial contact through the check out process Lauren and Jenn were amazing to deal with and so speedy to reply. The condos are gorgeous and supplied with everything needed to make our trip so relaxing and convenient. Will definitely recommend and even be back again myself :)

A five star accommodation in midtown Nashville

Four lifelong friends on a trip. Enjoyed being together in a home-like atmosphere with the privacy of individual bedrooms. Central location and convenient access to everything Nashville has to offer. Girl's Trip in Nashville

We spent 5 days in Nashville and had a blast! Nashville rocks! Being able to stay in a huge luxurious townhouse just made our girl's trip even more special. Perfect for a girls trip!

This property was perfect for our girls trip! The house was so clean, comfortable beds and had everything we needed. Were able to walk to places nearby for dinner and brunch. Short Uber to Broadway. Having a garage to park in was a huge plus!! Hosts had great communication and were so nice about any questions we had. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic Trip

This was a great place to stay. 7 girls for a birthday trip. The host responds right away and was accommodating. The beds were very comfortable and the whole house and layout is amazing. In great area was able to walk around to some places near by and short Uber rides to downtown areas. Would definitely say again.

We had the BEST time staying here for my sisters bachelorette. Lauren and Jen went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and effortless. Not only did they provide us with some drinks and snacks upon arrival, but they also left makeup towels and sound machines and ear plugs incase nearby construction got noisy. The beds were so comfortable, the house had everything we needed. It was so clean, comfortable, roomy and in a great location. I could go on--I cannot recommend booking this beautiful location more! Hayes Steet Townhome

Everything was just as described. The beds were super comfy and everyone having their own bathroom was a plus. We also loved having the deck off the living room for morning coffee instead of just the one big patio off the top floor. Nice and close to everything on Broadway by a short Uber ride. Nice area with lots of eating within walking distance. Hosts are very responsive to any questions. Would definitely stay there again!
