The following fees are paid in addition to and after the reservation is paid for:  
• $249 / pet, pet fee (only valid on properties that allow pets). Pets cannot be left unattended. This applies to ADA and service animals as well.  
  
⚠️ MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS  
The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for details prior to booking.

📦 SUPPLY STARTER KIT  
No one wants to have to worry about getting to the store after traveling all day! That’s why we provide a supply starter kit – to get you through the first day or two of your stay. The kit includes a roll of paper towels, dish sponge, two dishwasher pods, five trash bags, dishwashing liquid, all-purpose cleaner, a small selection of coffee pods, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.

My group was in Nashville for 5 days. This location was great as we were only a $12 Uber away from Broadway, and a minute off of the centennial park. Plenty of nearby restaurants of you are trying to avoid Broadway. Nice party of this location is you are only a few minutes from the highway which will make driving easy if you plan to commute on your stay. Overall perfect property for our needs and time in Broadway.

Very nice place to stay, area is a little sketchy, but if your driving in, the place does have a garage for two cares. 46 stairs to rooftop, I think partying up there could create an accident waiting to happen if you drink to much and have to maneuver back down the steps.

#### Pictures are deceiving- updating and cleaning need

Location was great 5 min drive to Broadway and uber doesn’t cost much. Love the rooftop area and the grill. Closets were big the two bedrooms on the 3rd floor. Now for the bad:There are a lot of stairs!!! 3 different sets (see photos). The whole house could use a good patch work and painting. There were so many holes. The downstairs full bath did not have any towel hooks and did not have an exhaust fan. The shower head only had one pressure setting and it was hard. The bedroom on the 2nd floor only had a half bathroom so if staying with other people, would have to share a bathroom with either the first floor bathroom or one of the 2nd floor bathrooms. The barn door to 2nd floor did not close all the way and wouldn’t stay open. Had to put the trash can against it to hold open. The 2nd floor bathroom sink was not anchored and felt like it was going to fall over. The whole house was dirty on arrival. I spent the first hour I was there cleaning the place with the little cleaning supplies we had. There was toothpaste all over the bathroom sink walls and any adjoining walls. Floors were not swampy/vacuumed. Lights and dressers were dusty. Kitchen sink faucet was broke. There were gnats/fruit flies and spiders throughout the whole house. We had to go out and buy fruits fly traps and didn’t get rid of the majority until 2 days before departing. Killed multiple spiders on the floors and one was crawling on my daughter while she slept. There were more issues.
