The second floor opens into the main living space: an open chef's kitchen, dining room seating for 10, a queen sofa bed in the living area, and a half bath. The third floor has two suites: the king suite with a full private bath, and the Lookout Suite — a genuinely impressive room with one queen, five twin beds, and a twin rollaway, plus its own ensuite. Laundry is on the third floor.

The Germantown neighborhood puts Wildflower in excellent position. Mother's Ruin, Neighbors Sports Bar, Sonny's, and Von Elrod's are close for nightlife and dinner. The Nashville Farmers Market and Bicentennial Mall are nearby for daytime Nashville. Rolf and Daughters (0.6 miles), City House (0.7 miles), 5th and Taylor (0.8 miles), and Henrietta Red (0.8 miles) represent some of Nashville's most acclaimed dining within walking distance or a short rideshare.

Ted Rhodes Golf Course is 0.9 miles — Nashville's historic public course and a great morning before an afternoon in Germantown. Broadway is 3.4 miles.
