  • Newly renovated, one Bedroom one Bathroom riverfront condo fully updated with new walk-in shower and lighted mirror, new paint, windows and updated décor. Easy in and out with car travel, walking distance and fast Uber/Lyft (~$5) rides to lower Broadway, Germantown and area attractions.
    The living space includes a leather queen, memory foam sleeper sofa, oversized leather chair & mounted flat screen TV.
    The fully stocked kitchen consists of a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher & stove/oven. There is also a coffee pot with a start of drip coffee and Keurig cups provided. The bedroom features a king bed with a Tempur-Pedic Mattress, luxury crisp white linens and smart TV.
    The unit has hardwood floors in the foyer, kitchen, living room and bedroom with a large area rug in bedroom.

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 9am - this is a residential complex and while many units are short-term renters, there are many permanent residents
Please don't put anything in the toilet other than toilet paper and place all trashbags in onsite dumpsters (not at stairwells) when leaving.
