Visit Music City in style in this new 3 bed 2.5 bath home just 7 mins to downtown, Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, Nissan Stadium, Music City Center, Country Music Hall of Fame, Top Golf , and much more!! With cozy and comfortable furnishings, our space is the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the city for the whole group. Welcome to Nashville!
The Space:
This is a whole home rental that features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bath and also includes a private fenced in backyard with carport. The home also provides a fully stocked kitchen and complimentary Starbucks coffee bar. Upstairs you will find additional entertaining space where you can enjoy a movie or play a game of pool with friends.
Bedroom Descriptions Below:
Bedroom 1: King bed w/ attached bath. (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2: Queen bed w/ shared jack & jill bath (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 3: Queen bed w/ shared jack & jill bath (sleeps 2)
\*both living spaces have couches as well
\*air mattress available for $50.
\*Dogs Allowed on a case by case basis (max 2). $125 pet fee per pet. Please inquire w/ host before booking. Breed restrictions apply. No Cats allowed. Dogs are not allowed on furniture and must be kept in kennel at all times while left alone in unit.
If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.
Sorry, we do not host locals. Any local that books this property without contacting management first for approval will have the reservation canceled without refund.

It was a great place to stay with our family. The house was clean and in a good location that met our needs. When we had an issue (back door wasn't working properly), the host/property manager was polite and responsive.

Great location for day trips and common spaces to relax. Would love to see the kitchen reorganized to be used for more than just drinks, and towel hooks added back to the bathrooms for showers. Will definitely be checking here first if we come back.

#### Great House close to everything.
Just a great all around property that perfectly fit my families needs. The location really is good as it was a short drive for us to all of the places we wanted to see. (Broadway, Escape Rooms, Hiking Trails, Grocery Store, Food.) The neighborhood is quiet and was very safe. I walked my dog daily and never had any issues. The house set up was great had everything we needed to both just hang out as well as for the couple of nights that we stayed in and cooked. I was very happy with our stay and I am planning to rent this location again the next time we come through town. 5 Stars for sure.

#### Great option in The Nations neighborhood
Great property and communication with the owner. Accessible to many restaurants and businesses. We appreciated some beverages being stocked in the fridge and plenty of blankets and pillows available. Beds were comfortable. Wi-fi and TVs were easy to connect to & use. Neighborhood was quiet during our stay :)
